CANCELLATION, RESCHEDULING, SUBSTITUTE ATTENDEES

Gin School is usually booked out for several months in advance, late changes have an impact and we can’t always find replacement participants at short notice. Staff rosters, food and cocktails are prepared in advance of each class. These rules are designed to protect our business, but also to ensure if something does come up, you and your friends don’t miss out on a great experience.

Substitute Attendees

If you or any of your party who are named on the booking are unable to attend, you may send someone else to attend the class in their place. This must be done at least 2 hours prior to the class to ensure the Gin Generator software will work with the participants phone. If your substitute has different dietary requirements to you, we will do our best to accommodate them, but it might not be possible.

Simply login as above and make the change yourself to the new name, email and phone number, please make sure any dietary requirements are also saved.
